Our journey began with a decade of entrepreneurial experience, building a successful production company from scratch. This hands-on experience and passion for creation inspired the leap into property renovation, driven by a desire to transform spaces and make a positive impact.
As the founder of Runway Studio Ltd in 2015, I grew the company into multiple studio locations by 2020, leading a team of 10 staff and working with major corporations like Sony Music. This background instilled the discipline and vision now applied to every Runway Property project. We're excited by the potential in every derelict property and the joy of helping people find their perfect home.
